Gina Tormey Riggs for Thomas' funeral & memorial

Hi, my name is Laurie Brown Sterlacci, a close friend and CHS '83 classmate of Gina Tormey Riggs. Gina, one of the most generous, loving and truly beautiful people ever known, has been caretaking for Thomas (who was born with Down's syndrome), since he was a young child. Thomas lost both his parents, and in her most unselfish way, Gina adopted Thomas several years ago. Now, Gina is going through the most horrifying time as a mother, as she held her sweet boy as he made his Journey home to heaven. RIP 06/10/2023.

Her friends and family want to ask for anyone who can, to help Gina offset Thomas' funeral and memorial expenses by donating to this gofund.

Gina has experienced several tragedies in her lifetime (losing her husband, being attacked by a bear), but she has and always goes above and beyond to help and take care of others. She is a truly remarkable woman. And losing a child is beyond comprehension; we do not want her to worry about the expenses to provide Thomas a proper funeral and memorial. Gina resides in Dade City, Fl. Dates and times for services will be posted.
