When you went into Knife and Cork, the minute she lays eyes on you, a huge, genuine smile brightens her face from ear to ear. Hugs were had before COVID. Gina Seller's brought her personal brand of charm and kindness to Gatesville with amazing food, a beautiful establishment and a warm, inviting atmosphere.
Gina is struggling with an unknown illness. She has been under medical care in Waco at St Catherine's for months as her husband and staff keep the restaurant open. She is unable to walk, only has limited use of her hands and is in extreme pain. Only recently has her husband, Miles, been able to visit because of COVID. Many have not known about her personal struggle because they have managed so quietly, but Gina needs our help.
