My wife Gina is disabled with Multiple Sclerosis (MS) and has been out of work for two years. We have spent all of our savings and maxed out our credit cards trying to make ends meet while we wait for the government to accept our application for disability. We have done all we can do but until the bureaucracy finishes with all their red tape, we are in a bad spot financially. We need some funds to help us cover basic living expenses as well as cover numerous medical bills. Once we get disability, we should be able to get back on our feet. However, as I am about to undergo surgery, I will be unable to work for about a month, meaning we are going off a cliff financially in the near future. Anything anyone can do to help is much appreciated.
