Have you you ever heard the saying "Don't be afraid to ask for help" ?  Well, I have always been afraid to ask, thinking I can always do it myself. This is the time I have to over come this fear because its my mom's life that is now being timed. Now that, I can't do myself . My mom just got dignosed with stage 4 liver cancer in less than 3 months from the time we first found out . 
It all started in Aug 2017 when I rushed her to the hospital due to so much pain in her stomach, doctor found Gallstones. We set an appt. to get them removed, and so they took them out . Mom was back home recovering , but something didn't seem right her stomach was swelling up and was causing her discomfort . There we go again back to the hospital , after more tesing doctor finds cirrhosis of the liver . That was the reasoning of her swallon stomach. Doc prescribes her something to help it . As time passes, she begins to feel pain while moving a certain way, walking or laughing .  A couple days later we have an appt. for the results of the test. Nervous and all we sit there and wait , doc goes thru all her paper work and breaks it down to us . The words i'd never imagine came out of his mouth " You have liver cancer" . Lost at words we listened and tried to grasp every word he was saying , asked as many questions as we can . We did everything he asked blood work, MRI scan, even went to a liver specialist etc.  Feb 2018 mom's stomach was huge and she could bearly move , I rushed her to the hospital . They had to drain the liquid in her stomach and test it out . Results show that there was an infection in the liquid, also after an ultrasound and a MRI scan the cancer was getting bigger . She was admitted to the hospital for more testing of course and they finally sit down and talk to us. It all came down to " there is nothing we can do, cancer is now almost 7cm and is going to your lungs " . After everything thing we have done to try to get started on treatment,  there is NOTHING we can do, giving my mom less than a year to live . We did everything they asked us to do ! But her cancer advanced so fast within so little time . Two doctors said it's too late, there is nothing they can do . My family and I will not take no for an answer . If theres a will theres a way . So we found a great doc in Mexico that is willing to help her and is asking for a great amount of money . We understand times are hard but any little thing will help , please help us help my my mom get better . She has been thru a great battle but is not done fighting yet .
