I’m taking part in this 37 mile cycle from Glasgow on 7 September to raise money for Maggie’s.

Sir Chris Hoy has been so inspiring as he deals with his prostrate cancer diagnosis and I have my own experience of supporting my mum through her ovarian cancer treatment in the last few years.

Tour de 4 is Chris’s vision to change perceptions around stage 4 cancer following his diagnosis. And I'm delighted to be raising awareness of living well with late stage cancer and to be raising money for Maggies who have been amazing every step of the way after my mum’s own difficult diagnosis.

Any amount you feel able to donate will be so much appreciated and allow Maggies to carry on providing invaluable support to cancer patients and their families like us. I know that there are lot of asks and that times are tight for everyone but even a small amount helps, will be massively appreciated and will spur me on on my training runs!!
