Gillian Needs Wheels

Hi Friends. It's Gillian, aka "Miss Swift." Thanks for taking the time to read this.

It has been a difficult two weeks. My catalytic converter was stolen for the second time from my 2007 Prius, despite having a guard to protect it. The estimate is $4,100 dollars. Insurance won't cover it. There is no guarantee it won't get stolen again, even if I replace it. The day after, I found my dog Petey hiding in the closet in pain, and had to take him to the ER. The vet bill amounted to $375.

I desperately need to purchase a new car in order to get to my work as a children's music teacher, which is work I love, but does not leave a lot of room when catastrophe strikes.
