GILDAS ACCOMMODATIONS AND RELATED EXPENSES

Late 2016 our family was faced with the worst possible news when my husband Gildas Pierre was diagnosed with Acute Myeloid Leukemia after feeling ill couple months prior.
We were adviced to seek treatment elsewhere as the island of St Lucia where we reside doesn't have the expertise nor facilities to provide the complex treatment regimen he would have to undergo.
Gildas is a devoted family guy a father and respectful young man. He's selfless and even after his diagnoses still is as committed to help others as he's always done.
He looks forward to every day full of life and optimism, he's the epitome of courage.
Gildas and I have been travelling to New York for the past 3 years where he has done multiple cycles of chemotherapy and presently waiting to get a STEM CELL TRANSPLANT done which is his last chance for potential cure or long term survival.
We have been very blessed to be enrolled in a clinical trial at Memorial Sloan Kettering Hospital in Manhattan where he will be having his transplants.
However it has been an enormous financial burden on us as a family having to travel to New York and the cost of accommodations and daily living expenses of a large city.
Gildas has to be within 30 mins of the medical facility whilst doing treatments.
We are seeking help to offset the cost of Airbnb's which is our only option presently.
We would greatly appreciate if someone can accommodate us during this period ideally a private room as his immune system is severely compromised especially whilst going through chemo.
We look forward to your support.
Thank You
