Hello friends and neighbors,

​We are the Gilbraith family from Faulder, nestled just behind Summerland. On Friday, August 7th, the unthinkable happened—our family, along with many other friends and families lost the place where our hearts reside. The only home our children have ever known. Watching the flames start tearing through our property, alongside the homes of so many dear friends and neighbors, has been an unimaginable heartbreak.

​While the loss is heavy, our spirits not broken. In Faulder, there are many strong spirits and people ready to get back. Even amid the ashes, our community is already standing shoulder-to-shoulder, preparing to rebuild together as soon as the danger passes.

​We have created this GoFundMe to help our family navigate the difficult months ahead, securing warmth and stability before winter sets in as we begin the long journey toward rebuilding our lives.

Any donations will go directly to starting the process, when able, to rebuilding our home.
