My name is Aliah, I am Gilbert’s niece. I am so saddened to be writing this. It is with an extremely heavy heart that we are asking for donations for Gilbert’s funeral services. Gilbert passed suddenly and unexpectedly 10/12/2022. Since his passing was so unexpected our family was unprepared for the financial toll a funeral will take. If you knew Gilbert you knew there was not a thing Gilbert wouldn’t do for anyone. His life was dedicated to caring for those around him. Even though towards the end of his short life his health was declining and his mobility was less than it had been, he did as much as he could for everyone in his life. I am asking if you can please find it in your hearts to donate to our family to help give our Gogo his last wishes. Any amount will help, big or small.
