Gil Navarro Educational Community Activist

Gil Navarro was a pillar of the community whose life goal was helping students achieve higher education. He touched so many Lives and we would love to commemorate him by getting some kind of memorial placed in the city of San Bernardino and to help pay with funeral expenses.
