SHHHHH!! IT'S A SUPRISE!!!

Our mom goes by many different names; Noni, Gigi, Mary Virginia, Mary. Each of those names represent the different roles she plays in the lives of the people lucky enough to know her. We are the luckiest ones, though, because we are the ones that get to call her mom.

For our entire lives we have watched our mom give of heself freely and endlessely to all of those around her, including us. She is a devoted friend, a generous and considerate coworker, a hard-working employee, an amazing mom, and a loving Noni to our children. She has done all of this no matter what hardship she is facing or what struggle she is going through. Her ability to extend herself beyond what most people can or would do has always been something about her we have admired.

So now, as she is planning on retiring after almost 30 years at NV Energy, we wanted to do something for her and Steve that would show them BOTH that the way they have lived their lives for others has not gone unnoticed. We have booked them on a 12-night cruise on Royal Carribean's Brilliance of the Seas .

Aug 31- Florence / Pisa (Livorno), Italy
Sep 1- Rome (Civitavecchia), Italy
Sep 2- Salerno, Italy
Sep 3- At Sea
Sep 4- Venice, Italy
Sep 5- Venice, Italy
Sep 6- Ravenna, Italy
Sep 7- Kotor, Montenegro
Sep 8- At Sea
Sep 9 At Sea
Sep 10 Barcelona, Spain

Our mom is full-blooded Italian, and very proud of it, and we know it has always been her dream to see the country where our ancestor's are from. A dream that she has always pushed aside because of life getting in the way.

We want everyone that knows and loves our parents to be a part of the fufillment of this dream and celebration of the next phase of their lives. If you wish to contribute PLEASE do so before May 1st so we can reveal the suprise in May. Our hope is that they won't have anything to worry about or pay for while they are gone (flights, excursions, alcohol, taxi fares, etc.)

We would love it if you would send well wishes in a card or letter that we can include in the package. We want them to know who has been a part of this huge suprise and what they mean to you. Please contact us through this page and we will make sure they are included. If you would like to mail a card or letter please contact us and we can give you a mailing address to do so.

We can't thank you all enough, not only for helping us give them the trip of a lifetime, but for being a part of our parent's lives and supporting them as they begin a whole new chapter!
