Gigi Garcia Memorial Fund

On June 17th, 2020, Gigi Garcia passed away after a long five year battle with cancer. Gigi was a kind, generous, lively and bright woman. Gigi liked to spend her time surrounded by music, art, and animals. She could repurpose anything into art and was proud of it. She was a force to be reckoned with and the world will sorely miss Gigi Garcia.

Gigi is survived by her only child, Lindsey Grace Mercado. If you know Lindsey personally, you know that Gigi's spirit will live on with her through her strength and her artistic talent. Lindsey spent any and all of her free time taking care of Gigi for the last few months of her life and ultimately, left her job to take care of Gigi full time. She ensured that Gigi was always comfortable, able to stay in touch with her friends, and happy during her limited time here. 

Please help us raise money to help Lindsey pay for Gigi's memorial services. It was Gigi's last wish to be buried with her grandmother and to have a party to celebrate her life. With Lindsey still on LOA, and her income being additionally affected by COVID-19, any contribution would help make Gigi's final wishes a reality and ensure that Lindsey does not have to worry about money as she grieves the loss of her closest family member.
