UN ARGENTINO FRENTA LAS OLAS MÁS GRANDES DEL MUNDO

Juan Cruz García Castañón es un surfista argentino que desde chico sueña con surfear las olas más grandes del planeta.

Ese sueño hoy lo lleva hasta Nazaré, Portugal, el escenario más extremo del surf mundial.

Pero enfrentarse a esas olas no es solo una cuestión de coraje.

Cada entrada al agua pone su vida en riesgo: un rescate en Nazaré cuesta entre 1.000 y 2.000 euros por día, y sin el apoyo adecuado, el sueño puede volverse peligroso.

Por eso nació este proyecto.

Un crowdfunding sin fines de lucro que busca financiar su temporada en Nazaré y la producción de un documental cinematográfico que cuente esta historia de superación argentina.

Queremos mostrar no solo el desafío físico, sino también la esencia de quienes se atreven a vivir en el límite: la humildad, el sacrificio y el fuego interior de un argentino que se propuso alcanzar lo imposible.

¿A qué se destinarán los fondos?

-Servicios de rescate y seguridad en Nazaré

-Vuelos y alojamiento durante la temporada

El objetivo es recaudar 20.000 euros, suficientes para cubrir la temporada completa de Juan Cruz, garantizar su seguridad y llevar esta historia a la pantalla.

AN ARGENTINE FACES THE WORLD'S BIGGEST WAVES

Juan Cruz García Castañón is an Argentine surfer who has dreamed since he was a child of riding the biggest waves on the planet.

Today, that dream brings him to Nazaré, Portugal, the most extreme stage in the world of surfing.

But facing these waves is not just a matter of courage.

Every time he enters the water, his life is at risk: a rescue in Nazaré costs between 1,000 and 2,000 euros per day, and without the proper support, the dream can become dangerous.

That’s why this project was born.

A non-profit crowdfunding campaign aiming to fund his season in Nazaré and the production of a cinematic documentary that tells this story of Argentine perseverance.

We want to show not only the physical challenge but also the essence of those who dare to live on the edge: the humility, sacrifice, and inner fire of an Argentine determined to achieve the impossible.
