Heaven gained an angel and the world lost a remarkable man on March 9, 2016. Shane St. Onge died in a motorcycle accident on his way to work on I-95. He leaves behind his partner, Veronica de Armas, son Zachary St. Onge and baby Zoey who is due on April 9th.
Shane was an amazing partner and father. He was a hands on dad. A day didn’t go by when Shane wasn’t spending time with his son. Whether it was jumping on the trampoline, riding bicycles or simply walking their dog, Ruby, they were always together. They were best friends.
He was always willing to give a helping hand and now it’s our turn to help his family. Veronica is 8 months pregnant. She is now solely responsible for the care and support of soon to be two children. She will be on maternity leave in a month and be off from work for the entire summer as she is a Miami Dade County school teacher. She is going through so much having to deal with this unexpected loss that we want to help her financially as much as possible.
Therefore we are establishing this fund in hopes that this will help ease her burden and allow her to focus on staying healthy for her son and baby girl.
Anything that is donated helps and is greatly appreciated! Diapers, clothes, giftcards for formula, etc. We will never be able to remove her pain or fill the void that losing Shane has caused but we can help reduce the financial stress that a new baby adds.
