Gift for the Giffords

The Giffords are an awesome family that many of us love oodles! They have hit some very unexpected challenges that have made their family financial situation very tight.

Long story short, Ashley was recently hit with a terrible flu that turned into pneumonia and time spent in the ICU adding about $12,000 in medical bills to their plate. They were expecting to be able to cover these expenses with their upcoming income until very recent news changed that when Greg discovered he was out of a job.

So not only are they now sitting with a large medical bill, Greg is in search of a new employment position. This news was not expected at all as he was just starting a new position with a new company and not only is now without that job but has no severance pay of any kind. 

I hope that we as a community can help the Gifford family out a bit with the unexpected stress they are facing by offering a bit of assistance with their medical bills.
