Christmas Gift Cards for Centre Crest Nursing Home

YouthLead, a 100% student-run project oriented volunteer service team is organizing Fundraising for Centre Crest
If you're looking for a concrete way to help local people at the front lines of COVID, here's an opportunity. Money is being raised to give gift cards to the employees at Centre Crest Nursing Home located at Bellefonte, Pennsylvania. 197 residents and 100 employees have contracted COVID-19. If you've read the Centre Daily Times, there have been multiple obituaries for Centre Crest residents, as well as other nursing home residents.
These workers and administrators are putting their lives at risk every day to care for our most vulnerable patients. We would like to show them that we appreciate and support their efforts, and that they are not going unnoticed by the community. Our goal is to raise enough money to purchase a $20 gift card for each of the 260 employees. Please consider giving back to these workers who are tirelessly showing up to work every day. Even $5 or $10 will make great difference!
Please consider making a contribution on or before 12/20. We will buy and deliver 260 gift cards to Centre Crest on 12/22. A gift card will be attached to each paycheck and given before Christmas Eve. If you have any questions, please contact Waverly at [phone redacted].
