Giesbrecht Farm Fire

On the evening of August 9th Peter and Eva lost their entire workshop and garage in a fire.The experience was shocking and somewhat scary as many of the items were very flammable and explosive.  While being extremely grateful that the fire only caused damage and no one was harmed, the loss brings a financial burden and cost that Peter and Eva could use some assistance with.   There is a large cost to pay for the 2 town fire departments that responded to the fire and the cost of restoring power to the farm.  These costs alone will be over 10,000 dollars.  That as well as the loss of tools and equipment is an unexpected cost that they simply do not have the means to cover at this time.   As in many farm building scenarios there was no farm insurance on the workshop.  We, Peter and Eva’s family and friends, have an opportunity to return some of the generosity and love they have shown us in the past.  Any little bit helps alleviate some of the financial stress and burden from this fire.  Thank you in advance for considering giving to this cause.
