Giddy's Gang! Covey Family Medical Expenses

Gideon is your typical kindergartener - he loves board games, video games, swimming, playing outside, his 3 siblings (most days), except for the fact that Gideon was born with autosomal recessive polycystic kidey disease (ARPKD).  It's a rare, chronic kidney disease, which means that a transplant was always in his future and on June 5th, 2019, his own grandmother served as his kidney donor. Life since transplant has still been a challenge, however. He's had countless hospital stays since school started due to complications with continuing viruses and now faces the additional challenge of dealing with B cell Post-transplant lymphoproliferative disorder (PTLD).  The Covey family is incredibly strong, but multiple people have been asking about ways to help financially while Giddy faces cancer and another transplant in the nearish future, so we've created this page for others to help support them.  With this support, they will be able to worry less about ongoing medical costs, food, transportation, lodging, etc and instead be able focus on helping Giddy get better! All funds not used during Giddy's hospital stays for his cancer treatment will be used for his future kidney transplant, which will occur in the next 1-2 years and will likely be out of state.
