Sadly my dad was diagnosed with stage 4 terminal lung cancer only 5 weeks ago and 2 weeks after had to undergo brain surgery to remove some of the cancer that has spread to his brain amongst other organs, since then my dad has drastically declined and has been given a prognosis of weeks and days left to live and now relies on oxygen to live. His biggest wish is to now come home from hospital to spend his last days with us as a family and we need to make sure we can be as equipped as possible so our last resort has been to please ask for anyone’s support where possible for us to be able to give him the best care and support as well as to be able to give him the best send off when the time sadly comes we possibly can and we whole heartedly appreciate anyone’s help.
