GIANNI'S GOING HOME TO IOWA! Please donate to support Gianni's journey. It took two and a half years to find a farm home for this Australian Cattle Dog/German Shepherd/Pitbull/Australian Shepherd. Now we've got to get him there! 

As you might imagine while reading his breed list, Gianni's got some quirks that will require special handling on a 2,000 mile drive through unknown territory. With my copilot-spouse, I'll be driving Gianni to Iowa, introducing him to his new home, and returning. Please donate to support Gianni's exciting but expensive journey. 

The cost of gas is being covered by Gianni's adopter. Other expenses include eight nights lodging ($570 total), 10yo vehicle checkup/tune-up ($150 - fingers crossed), supplemental money for extra food cost on the road ($200), and lost earnings. 

My wages will be partially covered but my copilot-spouse is self-employed and will miss out on more than a week's earnings. I'm looking for financial support so that we don't fall behind financially from Gianni's wonderful but expensive journey.
