Gian Franco's Medical Battle Needs Your Help

We are Gian Franco’s family, and we are raising money to pay his medical bills!

He has been in the hospital for the past 2 months, and if we are lucky, he will be in this first stage for one or one and a half more months.

After this first recovery moment, he will be transferred to a physical therapy facility, so he will be able to work on the process of recovering his body movements. For how long, no one has an idea still.

And finally, after this long journey, we will face the real situation and challenges at home.

We have faith and we believe that he can fully recover from this, but we need your help.

Gian Franco had a cardiac arrest and a pulmonary embolism due to a thrombosis in the right arm caused by the use of an anabolic steroid.

Gian Franco, because of organ complications that led to the failure of some of them, went into a coma, and there he stayed, surviving with the machines for a long period of 40 days.

On the third day his arm almost exploded and he was immediately operated on. Then a series of surgeries began.

He was extremely weak and at imminent risk of losing his arm.

During this period as well, the doctors started observing a miracle recovery of his organs, and it led to a process of trying to bring him back, but he was unable to breathe without the machines.

So finally, after almost 40 days, he was able to breathe alone. He was still sleeping, but he was breathing.

He woke up! Finally, he woke up!

And now?

Now he needs a few surgeries until the doctors can finish the treatment and close his arm, which has been open since the first week in the hospital.

Now he needs to finish these procedures so he will be able to go to the rehabilitation center to recover his physical condition.

It will be 3 to 4 months in the hospital and no idea how many months in the physical therapy rehabilitation center.

The hospital bill is growing every minute that he is there, and this is just the first step of the recovery process.
