I am still battling APLASTIC  ANEMIA. I  now have a permanent catheter placed in my chest to make the blood transfusions easier and I have been able to go more months n between needing blood. Nonetheless, each 4-5 day stay costs over $20,000 of which I am responsible for 20 % of procedures Medicare covers, and 100%. of the bills that my insurance does not.

these two medical bills alone come to $6458.00.
I  appreciate the $5,000 that friends donated when I  first became ill.  Now, again, even the smallest amounts really help.

I thought I  would end with a clip of Sophie singing at her first recital. sorry no recent pics of me because this illness has taken its toll on me so until I  look and feel better,  I  remain in the shadows.....

Sophie remains my bright spot and her singing's really improved!
