What is Ghost Light Theatre Co.?

We are a high school theatre company who's mission is to provide students in our community the opportunity to produce and perform great theatre.

Due to circumstances out of the children in the Willoughby-Eastlake School District's control, they had their drama programs cut. Their fall plays were cancelled and they were forced out of their wonderful theater. 

We all came together, the kids and their parents, and have been able to find a way to put on one of our shows. Unfortunately, due to a string of miscommunications and lack of resources our other show was forced to cancel. Every willing kid deserves the chance to perform. And it is for this reason that we will be attempting to get the rights to .......

LEGALLY BLONDE THE MUSICAL!!!!

This  musical is a fantastic show that we hope the kids will be able to put on in the spring. In order for us to put this show on we need to act fast and acquire the rights to the show which

will cost upwards of $4,500

The set, costumes, and tech needed for the show 

will cost close to $10,000

There will no doubt be costs that cannot be accounted for, so that is why

our goal will be to raise $15,000

Every cent we get from donations will be put toward giving the youth of our community resources to put on this show. You will be directly investing in the development of our community's young creatives.

We need to act fast to pay for the rights to the show so we can start auditions and rehearsal! We will need to pay for the rights by the end of the month of December, so getting this project funded quick is critical.
