Hi guys..I have decided to start a GoFundMe account to help with some legal bills I have recently  acquired. For all of those who know me (and to those who don’t)  I moved here when I was 7 (1987) from Northern Ireland..At 29 years old I got involved in a situation where I developed a substance abuse problem...I ultimately was arrested for being in possession of drugs. I lost a lot during that time including the death of my husband in 2017..I have been clean 2 years September 22 and have worked extremely hard to get my life back on track. However, I am on a green card and I am facing deportation for the arrest almost 6 years ago, I now have a set court date Jan 2021..The problem is there is no help with legal fees and there are no public defenders for immigration matters. Without an attorney I will not have much of a chance..I have found an attorney to take my case and it is not cheap...So I am reaching out for any help I can get so I can finally put this chapter of my life behind me once and for all..My whole life is here, my family my friends and really everything I have ever known.  I know money is tight and if you aren’t able to help I absolutely understand, but every little bit helps..Thanks!
