On the night of Friday, April 14th, Caleb suffered a severe medical emergency which led to him being rushed to the hospital by ambulance where he was intubated and sent to the Medical Intensive Care Unit at the University of Iowa Hospital.

At this time, it is still unknown what caused the medical emergency and the incredible team of doctors is working around the clock to find answers and to find a diagnosis. Caleb is in great hands and is receiving the best care possible.

Caleb just turned 21 on April 13th. Caleb is currently a student at the University of Iowa and he also works for Johnson County Ambulance as a Paramedic. Anyone who knows Caleb knows that he is the funniest, most kind, and most caring person you will ever meet. Caleb brings light to any room he walks into and he always knows how to make everyone laugh. We are completely devastated to watch him go through this and we are praying every day for positive improvement.

We are asking to raise money to help with Caleb's hospital bills, cover his missed wages from work, and also help cover his rent.
