Diana was admitted into the hospital a month ago due to COVID-19. She was 29.3 weeks pregnant and the doctor decided it was best to do an emergency c-section and on July 28, 2021 LunaMarta Salas was born premature. Luna has been in the NICU since then . The doctors put Diana in an induced coma and was put on a ventilator. Her oxygen levels were so low and this was the final option. Her left lung collapsed and had 2 Cardiac arrest. Due to Austin not having the necessary resources to keep her alive she got transferred to a Hospital in San Antonio for life support in the past weeks she's undergone multiple procedures, And emergency surgeries in the ICU. Her status is criticacal. Diana has a newborn daughter Luna , 5 year old Judith , 14 year old Alberto, and an amazing father and husband, Wulfrano Salas (Fano). He was very adamant about keeping her and her family safe from Covid, so for her to get this sick from this disease proves how easily it can spread and take her life.
