GHEMS Dress for Success

Garrett Heights Elementary-Middle School (GHEMS) is a small Title I Prek-8 school.  We are a small school and we are stretching ourselves to do great things for our students and we are asking for your assistance.    We are a uniform school and many students that attend GHEMS  fail to come to school daily because they do not have a clean uniform.  A third of my student population are in foster care and many families that we support experience periods of homeless, so obtaining a clean and appropriate uniform is not always accessible.  Lastly, we are a Prek-8  school and we have several younger students who have accidents during the day which has also depleted our spare uniforms.

Your donation will support a washer and dryer, the installation of the machine, and the cost of additional uniforms.  Our colors are yellow tops and navy blue bottoms for our elementary students and white tops and khaki bottoms for our middle school students.
