Hello to all

My name is Terry Scarborough, and I have been able to go to Ghana 3 times now in my life. The last time I was able to go was 2018. During the time over in Ghana I was able to meet a lot of great people, we have been to stay in touch over the years with weekly correspondence. I have also been able to sow seed into the lives and ministry of several of the families I have met. My intent was to go back this year, but I am unable to do the trip. As I stated above, I have been able to sow seed into the ministries that are working in the country. Ebenezer Donkor is the main one that I am focused on. The Lord has formed a bond between us, and it has grown over the years. He is always doing the work of the Lord in some manner or another. Ebenezer has helped start over 10 churches throughout the region. He has 4 pastors under him that help with the established churches. He also has a clinic for people with medical needs. He has Class A-2 medical certification for Herbal medicine and a certification for setting broken bones. Always growing and moving forward is what I have seen over the years.

In the villages he sees that wells are drilled, widows and orphans feed the love and salvation of our Lord spread. He has a vision to start an orphanage for the many children that have been left alone by death or just discarded in his region. Traveling from church-to-church is not like here. Jump in a car and go. Most of the time travel is by bicycle. A few by motor bikes. Which needs repair and upkeep and fuel. All of this takes money.

I see storage buildings being built all the time here in the states. So, we must have a lot of excess that is never used or just forgotten. Would it not be better to have something in the storehouse up in Heaven than down here where it will pass away. I encourage us to let our excess be used by someone if we are not going to do it ourselves… Or maybe fast a coffee or energy drink a week for a month and give that….. $20,00 here goes a long way over in Ghana. It would almost feed a family for a week.
