Kidney transplant

Guillermo Ramirez is a hard working family man. He’s has always been there to help others and support those in need. He has a lot to live for unfortunately, his kidneys have failed him. He is in desperate need for a transplant, luckily he has a donor. However he needs the funds to move forward with the surgery. Anything help, please share and help us meet our goal. Thank you!
