Milo was visciously attacked by two big dogs. Dogs overpowered their owner and attacked. Outlook is positive but will require about $10K to get milo the surgery he needs to close the wounds, repair his spinal cord and take care of a hernia.  He continues to show improvement.  Moving his head and legs a little more.
