Hi, my name is Michele Natalino and I have a little prairie dog rescue in Lubbock, Texas where I take in unwanted prairie dogs from the pet trade. Most of these prairie dogs are special needs as some have health issues, behavioral issues, or are in their geriatric stages of life. I am asking for funds to help with upcoming vet care for them. I have recently paid most of my outstanding bills (enough to prevent eviction and collection attempts) and have depleted most of my funds. I have three prairie dogs with upcoming vet visits, with one likely being euthanized to his extensive injuries, meanwhile, poor Trouble has been in my freezer for a month because I have not been able to afford the cremation. I realize that this is my own fault and I should have managed my money better, but in order to get this issue resolved and get ahead, I need help. Right now I do still owe part of my electric bill (was $503.00 but I paid $222.00). I need to get hay and food for the prairie dogs and eventually some food for myself but they come first. If you can help, I'd really appreciate it. I am trying my best to get ahead and have even taken on some part-time cleaning jobs. I really only need about $500 to pay the rest of my electric bill, and to pay for the upcoming vet bill and one other bill that is behind. Thank you.
