Rest In Peace, Dear Raj

Hello.  I've put this fund together to support our friend, Raj, the smiling face we all get to meet in the Cary office.    As many of you know he has been bravely living with the progressive challenges of stage four pancreatic and liver cancer.  It has now metastasized to his bladder/rectal area and is both inoperable and very debilitating (he has approved this level of detail).   As a result he is only able to work part-time at best.  He has shared his concerns/challenges and I feel compelled to extend the opportunity to support him to our broader family/community.  So whether it be financial or simply your kind words - it would be most appreciated at this time.  He has repeatedly expressed his deep thankfulness for those in our office.   If there is another way you wish to support - please feel free to contact me or reach out to Raj directly.  Certainly share this with anyone you know if you would like.  I know some have been missed in this communication. 

I am reminded of the words of Neil deGrasse Tyson:  'For me, I am driven by two main philosophies; know more today about the world than I knew yesterday and lessen the suffering of others.'   Of what I've been privileged to know of Raj in our discussions over the time he has been a part of our team,  I know this fits who he is/how he has personally lived.   And I also know it is our nature - our DNA - as his extended family to do now for him.
