Help Us Recover from a Life-Changing Car Accident

Last Thursday, my daughter Vienna and I were in a serious car accident that left our vehicle totaled. It was a collision between our Tiguan and a Denali. All airbags deployed, and the car began to smoke. Thankfully, Vienna and I walked away with only minor injuries, and for that, we are beyond grateful.

I took the brunt of the impact to protect Vienna from the worst of the crash, but she was still hit. I was taken to the hospital for chest and ankle injuries, and while we are healing physically, the emotional toll and the sudden financial strain are hitting hard.

Despite having insurance, the rising cost of living, medical bills, and ambulance fees have left us facing a significant financial gap. This has been a wake-up call, not just in terms of our physical recovery but also in realizing how quickly these costs can accumulate.

We aren't here to place blame—this was an accident, plain and simple. We're just thankful to be safe, even as we deal with the lingering effects of trauma and loss.
