Ron (dad) was diagnosed with esophageal cancer November 2019, since the diagnosis he had underwent multiple chemotherapy and radiation treatments that were to be done at OSU in Columbus multiple times every week for 6 weeks. He has finished his treatment and has been incredibly strong and humble throughout that whole journey. The new big journey is yet to come though, there will need to be a two part surgery to remove the esophagus. First surgery is June 2nd and second surgery will be two weeks following. He has a very long journey ahead of him, but we all know he is the man to win the battle! He’s beat cancer once, he will beat it again!
