When people ask for donations to help a friend in need, every page starts out by stating what a wonderful person they are.  Undoubtedly, they have to be wonderful and kind or they would not have friends asking for help on their behalf.

Deputy Sheriff Ken Hall, is our wonderful person.  He is a loving father, husband and friend.  Ken is battling cancer, a disease that has affected all of us in one way or another.  This battle has placed a large financial burden on Ken and his beautiful family.

Ken has exhausted the 12 weeks of Family Medical Leave and has had to return to work.  However, Ken still has many chemotherapy treatments ahead of him and the cancer has left him too weak to perform all of his duties as Deputy Sheriff,  he is limited to desk duty and a cut in pay.
