Gender Affirming Surgery for Mazzy ️‍⚧️️‍⚧️

Hello ☺️ my name is Mazzy and I am a 27 year old trans woman from Melbourne, Australia. I am trying to raise money for life changing gender affirming surgery for myself. Living in a body that feels like home is so important to me and working towards surgery has been a massive life goal for me. Raising this money will allow me to access surgery that will bring me peace and comfort within myself. I started transitioning 2 years ago and it has been an incredible experience to start to live as my true self. The next step for me is surgery but unfortunately there are significant costs associated with the process.

There are extensive medical fees including consultations, surgery fees, anaesthetist fees, hospital stays, health insurance, and the costs of recovering from major surgery.

The emotional weight of transitioning has put a lot of strain of my mental health and I have been unable to work for several months and am unsure when or if I will be able to return to work. This has been incredibly distressing in the context of raising money for surgery.

So I turn to my beautiful friends, family and community to ask for your support in helping me achieve peace within myself.
