My name is Joe Elizarde.  My friend, Frank Arnett (centered in the picture), suffered a stroke while instructing our self defense class.  He survived the stroke, but is at very high risk to suffer a 2nd, probably fatal, stroke in the very near future (2 weeks) if he doesn't immediately undergo surgery needed to clear his carotid artery.  Many martial arts students, ranging in ages from 3 to 70, depend on Sensei Frank's guidance in karate, kickboxing, ju jitsu, self defense, and MMA disciplines.  Frank is in need of assistance as he lost his insurance recently and can't get new insurance until next year.  Medical expenses are already mounting.
