Gez and Chris - Great South Run 23 for VHL

My (Gez's) family and friends will know that VHL has touched our family in a big way. I'm being joined by my mate Chris Hicks to run the 2023 Great South Run in aid of VHL UK/Ireland (yes, riding inflatable Dinosaurs!).
