My heart is aching, my prince, a piece of my heart, my beautiful boy is gone. He fought a good fight. It was so difficult at times, he was so strong but he needed to rest. I will love you. always my Rae Rae. Your baby sister will miss you dearly, we are hurting so much cause we miss you so much. I know you are not suffering anymore my love and I thank God for that. You made mummy and daddy so proud to call you our son. You were a happy boy and we take comfort in knowing that we always told you how much we love you, how smart you were and how proud we were that God lent you to us. You made us proud to call you our son.
Raeshon was a born leader. He excelled brilliantly in all his subjects even in times of adversity. He enjoyed and mastered his Nintendo games and loved creating amazing Lego figurines. He loved art and writing poems. He taught himself to play the keyboard; within the last two weeks he learnt eleven songs, which he constantly played to his sister and parents and any other who would lend a listening ear. He was wise beyond his years. He was a protector, and mentor even to his parents. His words were always kind and pure. He loved God and loved to pray. He would never do anything before calling on God's name first. He was truly a child of God. That smile, that radiant, angelic smile would brighten anyone's day. He always said I love you every chance he got. He was polite and always had a kind word. He was quiet and attentive and a good listener. He was loved by all.
You always empowered us, you were selfless, always putting others before you. I aspire to be more like you my love and I promise I will uphold your beautiful heart, the things you shared, your words, your strength and how much you loved. We miss you baby so much. Rest in perfect peace. God has found another Angel. We love you. We love you. We love you.I am holding on to your last words, "I'm OK"
Give us strength Oh Lord to carry on. Give us strength to be more like you, more like our darling Rae. Empty us of ourselves and feel us with you. Do for us what we cannot do for ourselves. Keep us faithful, ready, so when it is our time, we may find favor in your sight. And we will see Rae Rae on that Resurrection Day. Oh what a glorious day that will be.
To everyone I love you. Thank you for all the well wishes. Honor my son by loving one another. Say I love you every chance you get. Forgive others. Let us not hold grudges. Find a closer walk with Jesus. Get to know God as your personal Saviour. Talk with the Lord always. God, he is with you now. Help us to be ready to see him again. Thank you for choosing us to be his parents. He transformed our lives. He opened our eyes to what was good and beautiful, thank you Lord. Thank you Rae Rae. Sleep well my boy. Mummy loves you!
