Jenny grew up in Hartford County, CT & moved in her senior year of high school to Virginia with her family to live with her father as he was serving our country as a Marine. She moved between eastern CT and North Carolina for many years having spent numerous years in East Hartford and Rockville CT near her grandmother who lived in Ellington.

Jenny had a son in the late 1990's, but when her son was over a relatives house one night, Jenny was a victim of a home invasion rape by two young men. The two delinquents were caught, convicted and sent to prison. Jenny suffered through processing this horrific experience, and where she had joint custody of her son with her ex-husband, she felt that it was best for her son to take up primary residence with his father.

Jenny reclaimed her faith in God, returned to school with support of friends and family, and tried to stabilize her life. She had moved back to North Carolina to live near her mom, Sharon, and her brother Rich after her grandmother passed away. Years later, Jenny slowly began to trust again,  was remarried and had two beautiful children, Logan, who is 8, and Peyton, who is 6 years old.

On March 17, 2017, Jenny returned to visit CT with her two small children to testify against one of the two rapists who was eligible for early parole having only served 12 years of his 20 year sentence. She also planned to spend some time with her older son who still lives in CT as well as reconnect with old friends. One week prior to her trip, Jenny had undergone a hysterectomy procedure in North Carolina, but she was determined to attend the hearing to recount her nightmare in order to have justice continue to be served. Immediately following the hearing, Jenny nearly collapsed when the judge determined that the prisoner was going to be released on early parole.

She was driven directly to a local community hospital in Manchester where she was admitted as she was actively (and unknowingly) fighting a life-threatening infection and required serious medical support in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU). Jenny has since suffered a stroke to the spinal cord, is a quadriplegic, has fought a sepsis infection, and is dependent on a ventilator. 

Jenny has a long road of rehabilitation ahead of her, but this woman is a fighter and we need your help!

Jenny will ultimately need to be transferred into a long-term care facility, hopefully in North Carolina, so she can be near her young children and mother, but medical transportation is costly and not covered by her insurance. The estimated costs for specialty medical travel arrangements are approximately $15,000.

We are asking for prayers and any size contributions to help cover the costs associated with medical transportation and her continued care.

Jenny 's brother , Richard Bosse is  going to be paying some medical bills. He will use these funds as the medical bills are coming in.
