We’ve come together as a family and decided in these troubling times we’d like to reach out to our community for a helping hand. It pains me to be writing this in the event that we have to lay my brother to rest. Our family received the news just the day before Thanksgiving that our beloved Woody was fighting for his life. Each and everyone one of us left life behind as we knew it to be here on Oahu to pray over him and witness a miracle. Unfortunately he did not make it and God called on his son to return home. I’m asking the community’s help to aid our family in relieving some of the financial burden. Woody was a kind and generous soul. He made everyone laugh and touched everyone’s heart with his charm. He had an immeasurable amount of love for his siblings, all 7 of them. Life dealt him a difficult hand but he made the best of it. He loved to fish, cook, play basketball and Kobe Bryant. He was always ready for an adventure and his free spirit took him through many experiences. Our family is suffering one of our biggest losses, but we will remember him in all his positivity and vibrancy. We love you Woody.
