Getting through a parents worst nightmare

My name is Emily and I’ve created this fund to help a good friend get through one of the worst experiences a parent can imagine.

My friend woke up to a phone call this morning, only to be told that her two teen boys, who had traveled out of state to visit family, had been in a head on collision and the oldest had been life flighted.

My friend received this news only 6 days after celebrating her son’s graduation and 20 days after finalizing the sale of her and her boys’ first home.

Daoratt is not originally from Ohio and her local family support is minimal. She is a single parent of three who work a non-traditional schedule and she can use all the help and support she can get right now.

Her first mortgage payment will be due soon, her available time off is minimal, thanks to graduation preparation, and soon the hospital bills will be coming.
