Getting Shoulder surgery, help with bills.

Hello my name is Abel Arellanes, last new years I was ran over by a car. It was a hit and run. I broke 15 ribs, punctured my lung, broke my collarbone and shoulder. I have had to get collarbone surgery and unable to work because the injury. Unfortunately I got some bad news this week and will have to have shoulder surgery, they will have to rebrake the bone and it will be 6-8 month recovery. During this time I won't be able to work. It's just me and my dog, I'm reaching out to see if I could get any help covering bills during my recovery. I wil have no way to pay my rent and other bills. Anything will help. I'm a prideful man and have ran out options. Anything will help. Appreciate it.
