Hello family and friends, today I received the shocking news that my cousin Shaunika Maddox passed away. The internal struggle of depression and PTSD finally piled up. Unfortunately, Shaunika was located in Arizona, far from family. If you knew Shuanika, you know she had a smile that lit up a room and you could hear her laughter from afar. Our family wants to get Shaunika home to Minnesota. This GoFundMe will help support her family mourn without being stressed about the overwhelming funeral costs, flights, hotel bills, and food. If there is additional funds at the end it will be placed in an account for her 15 year old son.
