Sergei had a life threatening large aortic dissection which required emergent surgery. After a 5 hour surgery he was in recovery  for a few days after which he had a major stroke and he lost function in his left hand. 
He also had other dissections requiring repeat abdominal exploratory surgery and then had two large stents placed in his aorta. 

This fund is setup to not just pay medical bills but also to help support his family - Katarina and 1 yr old daughter as he goes through physical therapy and rehab. He is a talented musician and we all wish to see him make a full return to a normal life.

We strongly believe through prayer and the fantastic care given by his medical team, support of family and friends he will make a full recovery.
