In March of 2019, Pasha was robbed at gunpoint and shot in the back, left for dead. With the grace of God and an angel watching over him, he was found and able to be transported to a nearby hospital where he had his spine reconstructed from T-6/T-8. After a two-week coma, Doctors told him his chances of recovery were slim and there was little hope he would ever regain feeling below the level of his injury. Pasha has always been an extremely positive, hardworking, and resilient person and has never once given up on his journey to recovery. Since the tragic incident in 2019, Pasha has consistently gone to physical therapy and has not given up. While he has seen significant improvement and is starting to regain feeling in his legs, there is only so much insurance can cover. Let alone the fact that the drive to the PT center is over an hour, and there is simply not enough time at appointments to use the equipment necessary to properly progress his recovery. By buying this STIM Bike he will be able to use it for home use and increase his active muscle therapy from 3 hours a week to at least 12 hours a week.
