Getting My VGU invention started.

I am rasing money to get my invention off the ground.  I have an offer for $22 million from a manufacturer BUT I need to first:

1. Create a prototype.
2. Gain engineering assurance that it will work.

I have a company that will do this but there are cost associated with this.  I need help gaining those funds.

NOTE: Once i have gained the manufacturer's contract and is paid EVERYONE who donated will gain there donation back times 10.
