Getting my father (James D Richardson) home to USA

I am Derrian Richardson son of James D Richardson, I am currently in the Philippines with my wife on emergency leave trying to fly my father's remains back home to Charleston, S.C., where my family can have a funeral and bury him in the area.  This process is very expensive to send remains through cargo.
