Getting Mary Beth BACK on her feet

As many of you may know, dear Mary Beth has suffered with a bad back for many years. Actually some of you may not know, MB rarely complains, always goes above and beyond and will always go out of her way to help others. Her cup runneth over with love and compassion for others in her inner and outer circles and now I hope you will join us in a demonstration of just how much we all love and value her. For the last couple of weeks, Mary Beth's back pain began to return in earnest. All the usual tricks, adjustments and good behavior were tried in vain. Crippling nerve pain started Wednesday afternoon and progressed to a very concerning level of numbness on Thursday. After presenting at Urgent Care, MB was recommended to go straight to the nearest ER.  So from Thursday night until the present, MB has been at OHSU where she has been admitted. She has received numerous (very expensive) studies and there is still an open discussion about whether surgery is going to be the best option or whether they should wait and see if medication is the better option. Either way, there are obviously going to be extensive medical bills and no one as wonderful as MB needs excruciating pain AND financial stress. I am not smart or qualified enough to fix Beth's back but I really hope I can inspire some of you to help us help her to alleviate some of the financial stress because if anyone deserves universal love it is this lady right here.
