Getting Marley's Teeth Pulled

I've had Marley since he was able to wing off his doggy mommy and I've had him for 8 years. Considering I've struggled with getting pregnant for years now, he is my baby and world! We've become so close over the years, I take him everywhere with me. I've recently discovered he has two teeth rotting, one on each side of his mouth. I cannot find anywhere to assist because he is not spayed, the cheapest clinic I have found around me (Michigan Street Animal Hospital) is still going to cost around $300. He will need the exam, a CBC panel done, antibiotics/meds, and the 2 extractions. Anything anybody can spare or help me with is much appreciated, I'm struggling with every and any thing financial at this moment and I'm hanging by a thread. Materials have been sold, I have nothing else to spare to get this taken care of. Thank you so much for help!
